What is an Authorized Representative?

An Authorized Representative is a user chosen by the Plan Sponsor that is deemed to have sufficient authority to be legally responsible for the terms of the Plan Sponsor Agreement and the Reconciliation Agreement. For more information about the Authorized Representative role, refer to RDS Secure Website User Roles and Other Program Stakeholders in the RDS User Guide. Note: An individual may only be assigned one role at a time within the RDS system.
