CMS' RDS Center will be performing system maintenance on the RDS Secure Website on Friday, April 19, 2024, beginning at 9:00PM ET and concluding Saturday, April 20, 2024, at 10:00AM ET. The Secure Website will be available during this time period. However, please be aware of the following important information regarding Secure Website functionality during this time:
- Retiree Files can be uploaded; however, Retiree Files uploaded during this time will not appear on the SWS until after system maintenance concludes.
- Weekly Notification Files and Retiree Response Files will not be available for download until after system maintenance concludes.
- Covered Retiree Lists can be requested; however, CRLs requested during this time will not be available to view or download until after system maintenance concludes.
- Medicare Part D Enrollment Rejection Notifications will be available to view as usual.
All Secure Website functionality will be fully restored after system maintenance concludes. CMS' RDS Center apologizes for the inconvenience, and we thank you for your patience while this maintenance is being performed.
