- Dates when CMS' RDS Center Help Line is scheduled to be closed. Normal business hours (8:00am – 6:30pm Eastern Time) will resume on the following business day. If you have questions during the days specified, please navigate through the Common Questions, How To pages, News, and Reference Materials sections on the RDS Program Web Site.
- Dates when the RDS Secure Web Site will be unavailable, due to regularly scheduled maintenance. Scheduled outages will generally occur on the second Friday of each month, beginning at 8:00pm Eastern Time and ending on Saturday at 8:00pm Eastern Time.
