New Reconciliation Technical Assistance Tools

To assist Plan Sponsors with the Reconciliation process, CMS' RDS Center has developed the following new Technical Assistance Tools:

• Reconciliation Overview Web-Based Training (WBT) – a fun and interactive way to learn about the Reconciliation process.
• Reconciliation Job Aid – a toolkit detailing best practices for a successful Reconciliation process featuring input from Plan Sponsors and Vendors.
• Reconciliation User Guide – a step-by-step RDS Secure Website user manual for the entire Reconciliation process.
